Italian Cooking Classes with Paulette Licitra
Please join me for some Italian fun in the kitchen (cucina)!
We’ll explore all the delicious regions of Italy (and sometimes cok up cuisines from the whole Mediterranean area) with hands-on & demo cooking.
Paulette Licitra is both a chef and writer. She teaches Italian cooking classes, food writing workshops, and leads Eat & Greet Tours — food-focused city tours in both Nashville & New York. Paulette completed her professional culinary studies with High Honors at Institute of Culinary Education in NYC. She was Chef at Rustico Cooking in New York for 4 years, cooked in Mario Batali’s restaurant Lupa, and her catering company Chez Paulette specialized in appetizer parties for private and corporate events. Paulette has traveled extensively in Italy for culinary research, and studied with home cooks in Lazio, Liguria, Emilia-Romagna, Piemonte, Campania, and the Veneto. Paulette is the publisher of the food journal Alimentum-The Literature of Food.

Can you tell me how to register for a class? I am interested in signing up my husband for the July 21st pasta class for his birthday— thanks
I’m interested in signing up for any unfilled Summer 2010 classes if room is available. Also, will you offering these classes again in the fall? I’d like to sign up for all of them. Many thanks! Shunda
I am very interested in signing up for your August 18th or 25th class, whichever may have an opening. Please email me with availability.
thanks!
