Soon I’ll be posting the Winter 2013 series of cooking classes…which I’d like to call Cooking Parties! In addition to fresh pasta ravioli and tortelliniherbed potato gnocchicomforting Italian soupsItalian vegan recipesItalian pot pies, and roasted quail, I’ll be drawing from classic Italian cookbooks giving you my spin on their delectable recipes: Cipriani’s Harry’s Bar CookbookAda Boni’s Talisman Italian CookbookElizabeth David’s Italian FoodArtusi Pellegrino’s The Art of Eating Well, and Batali’s Molto Italiano...stay tuned for menus and schedule.

Your giftees can choose any class they’d like in the upcoming schedules and certificates are good for the whole year.
